1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and zc66 ("zc66", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the zc66 website located at https://zc66.cam and all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, software, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the zc66 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with zc66, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of the Services in your location.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any Prohibited Territory as designated by the Operator from time to time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, employer, organisation, or governmental entity in registering or using the Account.

zc66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by zc66 may result in suspension or closure of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the zc66 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under another identity — is strictly prohibited. zc66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances if duplicate accounts are identified.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zc66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify zc66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. zc66 reserves the right to suspend an Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of a security breach.

4.3 Account Verification

zc66 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within three months, and payment method verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Services, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You will use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the platform's infrastructure, server systems, or software.
• You acknowledge that online gaming and sports betting involve financial risk, and that you may lose the entire amount you deposit.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods accepted by zc66 at the time of transaction. Payment provider names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that those providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with gambling activities on zc66. Available deposit methods may vary and are subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from third-party sources may be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. zc66 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the platform's Help Centre, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit method where possible.

zc66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, where the source of funds is unclear, or where AML procedures require further investigation.

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) may be available as an account currency where supported. Currency conversion fees may apply. Check the platform's cashier section for the current list of supported currencies and applicable fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

zc66 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the zc66 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as published in the platform's help and rules section. General rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. zc66 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under event-specific rules (e.g., a postponed cricket match).
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• zc66 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a technical error, pricing error, data feed failure, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
• For cricket and PSL T20 markets, standard international cricket betting rules apply. Where a match is abandoned or interrupted, rules specific to that event type will govern settlement.
• Live in-play betting is subject to real-time market fluctuations. Odds may change between the time a bet is submitted and confirmed. Bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance.
• zc66 may impose individual betting limits on any User's Account at its discretion, including maximum payout limits per event or market.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of games or sporting events.

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, including accounts in the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or zc66 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the zc66 platform or its content.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the zc66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of zc66 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the zc66 platform or its content without prior written consent from zc66.

Any unauthorised use of zc66's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or errors in the platform outside of zc66's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Actions taken by zc66 in good faith to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, including Account suspension or fund withholding pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zc66's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, nor shall any exclusion apply to the extent it is not permitted by law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

zc66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Legal or regulatory obligation to restrict access.
• A User's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

Upon termination of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks. zc66 is not obligated to return funds where there is a reasonable basis to suspect those funds are connected to fraudulent or criminal activity.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to any applicable regulatory body or licensed dispute resolution service as specified by the Operator's licensing conditions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments

zc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
